In October, Indicator will be releasing the next titles in its ongoing series of brand-new 4K HDR restorations of key films from the golden age of Italian genre cinema in the shape of Plot of Fear and Hitch-Hike, both of which are making their UK Blu-ray premiere, and available for the first time ever on UHD anywhere in the world. Co-written by long-time Federico Fellini collaborator Bernadino Zapponi (who also co-wrote Dario Argento’s Deep Red), and incorporating a specially produced erotic animation by Francesco Maurizio Guido aka Gibba (best-known for his comic cartoon King Dick), Plot of Fear is a disturbing and engrossing giallo.
