A rare push for a mainstream product here, but The Walking Dead is a bit of a site favourite, and Season 4 saw the series at close to its best. And with Season 5 due to kick off in October, Season 4 is soon to get its UK Blu-ray and DVD release, resplendent with extra features, courtesy of Entertainment One.
In the aftermath of the war with the Governor, Rick and the group of survivors foster a thriving community in the safe haven of the prison. But in this brutal world, happiness is short-lived and walkers are no match for a greater dangers brewing inside the fences. The group's home and new way of life will be thoroughly tested, and they will find themselves prepared to do whatever it takes to survive.
The Walking Dead, Season 4 will be released on UK Blu-ray and DVD on 29th September 2014 by Entertainment One. We've not been able to confirm the RRP yet. One on-line retailer is claiming that it's a rather terrifying £89.99 for the Blu-ray and £79.99 for the DVD, but are charging only £29.99 for the former and £25.99 for the latter. That's a mother of a discount if true. Then again, if that really is the retail price, it needs to be.
