Oh dead god, not another cheapo zombie movie. Well we can only presume, because Armageddon of the Dead is not the original title (try and find it on the IMDb, or just about anywhere else), and because the press release makes no mention of a single actor or filmmaker involved, when the usual trick is to do so and link them to anything they've been in that may have got even a half-arsed release.

For zombie movie nuts this probably won't matter, as long as there are shambling, scruffy-dressed zombie and a disparate group of human survivors running around with guns. If that applies to you then this could be right up your street. The official version goes like this:

With the flesh-hungry undead walking the Earth, the living should be running for their life. But for Sam and his wife Jenny that's not an option – their young daughter is lost, terrified and alone in the heart of the zombie Armageddon. Youy're on your own on this one. Armageddon of the Dead will be released on UK DVD on 4th October 2010 by Metrodome Home Entertainment at the RRP of £15.99. There are no extra features on the disc. Colour me surprised.
