Set in the port city of Nantes, the 1961 Lola (Anouk Aimée – A Man And A Women, Leap Into The Void), tells the story of a young lady who is secretly awaiting the return of her one and only true love Michel (Jacques Harden) who left on the eve of her pregnancy, and promised to return when he became rich.
