If you've tried to access the site over the past few days you'll be aware that it vanished from the net. No, we've not gone out of business but had a most unfortunately timed communication failure that led to us being temporarily without a host server.

As we said in a previous news post, the company on whose server we used to reside ceased trading and we were offered migration to a new hosting company, which we took up. Unfortunately our take-up message disappeared into the ether instead of reaching its intended destination, with the result that no migration request was received or acted on. A few days ago the old servers were shut down and we found ourselves gone without obvious explanation.

Over the past three days we've been sending a stream of messages to an extremely helpful technical support chappie at the new place named Karl who apparently never sleeps or ever gets a day off, and the site has now been successfully migrated to the new server and should start propagating today. If you're reading this then your ISP has done its job.

This does mean we have got woefully behind on some key reviews, news stories and articles which will be going up in the next few days. Our email appears to be working again and so any PR requests or enquiries should be directed to the usual place. Hopefully, we should be back up and running on a more permanent basis now.
