The first one was marvellous, the second shabby, and the third...? Well, if I were a betting man I'd be putting money on it being a stinker. Why? Well, it was co-written and directed by Ana Clavell and James Glenn Dudeleson, the pair behind the pretty bloody awful Day of the Dead 2: Contagium. But who knows? Hell, even great director's are allowed one bad movie, and we'll all be watching more horror movies in the lead-up to Hallowe'en, so let's hope for the best huh? Yeah, my fingers were crossed when I typed that. Anyway, Creepshow 3 brings us five more tales of terror. Allegedly.
In Alice, a teenage girl finds that the TV's remote control has the ability to change her family each time it is activated... or is it her that is changing?
Security guard Jerry is an ambitionless loser until he buys The Radio from a homeless street vendor. All seems fine with the new appliance until it starts talking directly to him, threateningly advising on all the things he should and shouldn't do, from what to eat for dinner, how to come into some easy money and even how to get rid of his enemies.
Rachel and the Call Girl may be the hottest whore in town, but she's also a secret, man-hating serial killer with an insatiable blood lust. However, Rachel is about to more than meet her match when she gets a call from an lonely young guy looking for a good time.
Scientific genius and practical joker Professor Dayton is finally getting married after years of confirmed bachelordom. It seems he has found the perfect girl, but when he introduces her to two of his former students, they begin to wonder if she is too perfect. She's obviously not all she appears to be, but could it be that Professor Dayton's Wife is actually one of his inventions?
Dr. Farwell is a very bad doctor with an even worse attitude. When he causes the death of a transient panhandler by giving him a tainted hot dog to eat, The Haunted Dog brings the ghost of the dead man into Farwell's everyday life with some very unpleasant results.
